Access Control:

Key Responsibilities:

• Monitor and control the entrance and exit of the villa.
• Verify the identity of visitors and provide visitor passes as necessary.
• Ensure that only authorized individuals are allowed access to the premises.

Surveillance:

• Conduct regular patrols of the villa's interior and exterior.
• Monitor security cameras and alarm systems for any unusual activity.
• Report any suspicious activity to the appropriate authorities.

Emergency Response:

• Respond promptly to alarms and emergency situations.
• Coordinate with local law enforcement and emergency services if necessary.
• Provide first aid or basic medical assistance in emergencies.

Property Protection:

• Ensure the villa's perimeter is secure and that gates, doors, and windows are properly locked.
• Protect the property from theft, vandalism, and other forms of damage.
• Conduct security checks and inspections as required.

Documentation:

• Maintain detailed records of daily activities, incidents, and irregularities.
• Prepare and submit reports to villa management regarding security matters.
• Keep a log of visitors, deliveries, and other notable activities.

Customer Service:

• Provide assistance to residents and guests as needed.
• Address any security concerns or questions from villa occupants.
• Maintain a professional and courteous demeanor at all times.

Qualifications:

• Proven experience as a security guard or in a similar security role.
• Strong knowledge of security operations and procedures.
• Familiarity with local laws and regulations regarding security and safety.
• Basic first aid and CPR certification is preferred.
• Proficiency in using surveillance systems and security equipment.

Skills:

• Excellent observational and monitoring abilities.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to remain calm and composed in high-pressure situations.
• Good judgment and decision-making skills.
• Physical fitness and the ability to perform security duties effectively.

Additional Requirements:

• Valid UAE residency or willingness to relocate.
• Clean criminal record and background check.
• Flexibility to work in shifts, including nights, weekends, and holidays.
