Our company requires a Female Secretary with minimum years experience.
Job description
• Manage top management/executives phone calls & emails.
• Ensure that top management/executives attend all important meetings.
• Conduct any research the top management/executive's needs.
• Make travel arrangements on behalf of the top management/executives (travel/hotel bookings) while maintaining travel expense reports.
• Problem solve any issues that the top management/executives requests.
• Communicate between the top management/executives and employees.
• Refer/handle appropriate calls, emails, and letters from top management/executive to employees and vice versa.
• Review outgoing correspondence for grammar, correctness, and completeness, and ensure appropriate material is attached.
• Design, implement, and maintain filing system in both electronic & paper.
• Track office supplies and order replacement as requires.
• Attending meetings and keeping minutes.
• Receiving and screening phone calls and redirecting them when appropriate.
• Maintained top management/executives agenda and assist in planning appointments, board meetings, and conferences.
• Handle confidential documents/letters ensuring they remain secure.
• Conduct research and prepare presentations or reports as assigned.
• Organize, arrange, and follow up necessary meetings, plan and update events calendar, and develop a long term schedule for top management/executives.
• Monitor office supplies and negotiate terms with suppliers to ensure the most cost-effective orders
• Processes administrative paperwork in accordance to departmental policies and procedures.
Requirements and skills
• Proven work experience as a Secretary (2 years minimum experience)
• Familiarity with office organization and optimization techniques
• High degree of multi-tasking and time management capability
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Integrity and professionalism
• Proficiency in MS Office
• E-mail writing skills
• Minimum education level: Bachelor's
Job Type: Permanent
Pay: AED2,000.00 - AED3,000.00 per month
Ability to commute/relocate:
• Ras al-Khaimah: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Required)
