Job Description

We are looking for a highly organized and detail-oriented Admin Officer to join our team in Dubai, UAE. As an Admin Officer, you will be responsible for managing the day-to-day administrative tasks of our company. You will play a crucial role in ensuring smooth operations and maintaining a productive work environment. The ideal candidate should have excellent organizational skills, strong attention to detail, and the ability to multitask effectively.   • Assist in the preparation of reports, presentations, and other business correspondences.
  • Schedule and coordinate meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements for the team.
  • Track and maintain office supplies inventory and place orders as needed.
  • Manage and update company databases and systems.
  • Assist in the onboarding process of new employees, including preparing necessary documents and arranging orientation sessions.
  • Support the HR department by maintaining employee records and assisting in HR-related tasks.
  • Handle incoming and outgoing mail and packages.
  • Perform general administrative duties, such as photocopying, scanning, and faxing.
  • Ensure the office premises are kept clean and organized.
Preferred Candidate: * Minimum 1-5 years of experience in an administrative role.
  • Bachelor\'s degree in Business Administration or a related field.
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
  • Ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines.
  • Attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information.
  • Proactive and able to work independently with minimal supervision.
  • Knowledge of office management systems and procedures.
