Required Secretary Cum Admin for an interior designing contracting company in UAE
Location: Dubai
Secretary:
Candidate must have great writing & communication skills in English, must be flexible with the work load.
• Serves visitors by greeting, welcoming, and directing them appropriately.
• Create new job opportunities for the company by approaching new clients by e0a53.
• Maintains security and telecommunications system.
• Informs visitors by answering or Referring inquiries & Referring Emails.
• Preparation of quotations, RFQ's, RFI's and other documentations.
• Maintains security by following procedures, monitoring logbook, and issuing visitor badges, maintaining diaries, and arranging appointments.
• Respond to email inquiries.
Admin:
• Conduct new employee orientations.
• Maintaining proper documentation of paper work (incoming/outgoing emails, letters and contract documents)
• Maintaining and developing new policies for Employee orientations and procedures for the work.
• Maintaining Employee Database Soft & Hard Copy including all their paper works.
• Notify the management for important expiry dates prior to expiry such as trade license, establishment card, etc.
• Maintains Visa, EID, Labour Records.
Salary: AED 4,000 to 6,000 depending upon experience
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: AED2,500.00 - AED3,500.00 per month
