We are urgently seeking an experienced FEMALE Salon Manager/Supervisor to oversee all aspects of our salon operations, including scheduling, bookings, and administrative tasks. The ideal candidate will possess the following qualifications:
- Miniumum 4-5 years proven experience as a salon manager
- Proficiency in FRESHA software.
- Strong written and verbal English communication skills.
- Ability to manage stock inventory and place product orders.
- Experience in staff management.
- Expertise in diary management for salon staff and appointments.
- Dedication to ensuring the smooth operation of the salon.
- Capability to address and resolve customer complaints effectively.
- Skilled in bookkeeping and managing invoicing.
- Willingness to assist with social media management and content creation.
- Previous experience in a similar managerial role within a salon in Dubai is mandatory.
