We are seeking a motivated and energetic

Female Sales Staff

who is fluent in

Arabic

to join our team at our Travel Agency in Sharjah. The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving sales and delivering exceptional customer service to our Arabic-speaking clients. As part of our team, you will help customers find the best travel packages, book flights, accommodations, and provide personalized recommendations to ensure they have an unforgettable travel experience.

Key Responsibilities:

Engage with Arabic-speaking clients to understand their travel needs and provide suitable travel solutions. Promote and sell travel packages, tours, flight tickets, and other related services. Assist clients in booking flights, hotels, transportation, and vacation packages, ensuring all details are accurate. Provide expert advice on travel destinations, visa requirements, and custom travel itineraries. Maintain knowledge of current travel trends and offers to present the best options to clients. Handle customer inquiries, resolve issues, and ensure customer satisfaction throughout the sales process. Meet or exceed monthly sales targets and performance goals. Follow up with clients post-sale to ensure satisfaction and encourage repeat business. Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, bookings, and sales.

Requirements:

Fluency in Arabic (both written and spoken) is required

. Previous sales experience, preferably in the travel or tourism industry, is a plus but not mandatory. Strong interpersonal and communication skills. Customer-focused with a friendly and professional attitude. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet sales targets. Knowledge of booking systems and travel services is a plus. Must be a female candidate, as required for this position. Ability to work in Sharjah, UAE.
