Position Summary: The Sales Representative for Cosmetic Products will be responsible for promoting and selling a range of cosmetic items to retail stores, salons, and individual clients. This role requires strong interpersonal skills, a passion for beauty products, and the ability to meet sales targets.
Key Responsibilities:
• Client Relationship Management: Build and maintain relationships with existing clients while identifying and pursuing new business opportunities.
• Product Knowledge: Stay informed about the latest cosmetic trends, product features, and industry developments to effectively communicate with clients.
• Sales Strategy Development: Develop and implement effective sales strategies to increase market share and drive sales growth.
• Promotional Activities: Organize and participate in promotional events, trade shows, and product demonstrations to enhance brand visibility.
• Sales Reporting: Monitor sales performance and prepare regular reports to track progress against targets and identify areas for improvement.
• Customer Feedback: Gather and relay customer feedback to the product development team to influence future product offerings.
• Training and Support: Provide training and support to clients on product usage and application techniques.
Qualifications:
• Previous experience in sales, preferably in the cosmetics or beauty industry.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Knowledge of cosmetic products and beauty trends.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM software.
• Valid driver's license and willingness to travel as needed.
