We are currently expanding our services and seeking a dynamic Sales Representative to join our team. : We are seeking a motivated Sales Representative to mature leads and convert them into customers primarily in the UK and Middle East markets. The ideal candidate will be fluent in verbal English with a preference for a British accent. The role requires previous sales experience and proficiency in handling customer inquiries and objections effectively. Responsibilities:
- Engage with potential customers via phone, email, and online platforms to promote TutorHelpMe\'s services.
- Identify and qualify leads through proactive outreach and follow-up strategies.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with prospective customers to understand their needs and preferences.
- Arrange tutoring demonstrations and effectively communicate the value proposition to potential clients.
- Collaborate with the admin team to achieve targets and meet or exceed sales quotas.
- Provide timely and accurate information to customers regarding services and pricing.
- Keep abreast of industry trends and competitor activities to identify new business opportunities.
- Maintain accurate records of sales activities and customer interactions using CRM software.
- Bachelor\'s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field.
- Proven track record of successful sales experience, preferably in the education or e-learning industry.
- Excellent communication skills with fluency in verbal English (preferably with a British accent) and Arabic.
- Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport and establish trust with customers.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM software.
- Willingness to work during hours as per the job timings.
