Job description: InfraslimX Fitness Club is looking for new staff members with sales and customer service experience within the beauty industry. Requirements: Please apply if you are: A strong salesperson with analytic abilities resulting in the delivery of results in both revenue and profit margins. Easily adaptable and versatile with excellent work ethics and committed to reaching personal targets and business goals. Please apply if you have: Extensive knowledge of sales processes, cross-selling and up-selling. The ability to close sales efficiently with superior communication skills. Generated new leads through online outreach, social media, email marketing campaigns, and referral-based campaigns. Met and exceeded monthly individual quotas and club quotas and converted 90% of all leads into sales. Provided top-tiered customer service with member engagement and face to face relationships. You must be: Sales and target driven Passionate about the beauty industry Well-groomed, smart, energetic, and enthusiastic Duties and responsibilities: Responsibility for producing consistent monthly sales and participating actively in the member retention process by providing an enthusiastic level of service to all existing members. Building a network of contacts through prospecting and referrals. Attaining sales goals on a weekly basis. Requirements: - Have minimum of 3 years of sales and customer service experience within the beauty and Spa industry, working with a wide range of people and to the highest standards. - References, proof of successful sales background - Excellent English speaker with outstanding communication skills (verbal, written and over the phone).
