• Acting as a brand representative and striving to meet and exceed all personal and store goals.
• Essential duties and job responsibilities include Customer Service, Client Relations, and Sales.
• Actively build client book, and follow through with clients' requests, concerns, and inquiries.
• Continuously build knowledge of company history, heritage, products, and the competitive market.
• Continuously build knowledge of the latest fashion trends.
• Handle special requests such as in-store repairs, special orders, hot-stamping, returns, etc.
• Support all company initiatives as they relate to product launches, client service, and selling.

Requirements:

• Only female candidates should apply
• Age between 25 to 35 years of age.
• Can converse in Arabic is an advantage.
• MUST have at least 3 years of work experience in a high-end fashion retail store . Be fashion-forward and have a passion for the fashion/luxury goods industry.
• Professional presentation, excellent interpersonal skills; able to communicate in English effectively both verbally and in writing.
• Can speak, read and write in English
• Self-starter, Dependable, Punctual, Flexible.
• Computer literacy is a must.
• Ability to adapt to changing needs of the company as necessary.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: AED3,000.00 - AED4,500.00 per month
