Walk-In Interview - Female Sales Executive

Job Roles and Responsibilities:

Identify and target potential clients. Develop and maintain strong relationships with both existing and new clients. Conduct regular client visits and calls to understand their needs and provide tailored solutions. Ability to asses customer needs and provide effective problem solving. Address client inquiries and resolve issues promptly and professionally. Promote and sell the company's full range of ship chandelling products and services. Negotiate contracts and finalize sales agreements. Meet and exceed established sales targets and KPIs. Generate new leads through cold calling, networking, and online research. Maintain accurate sales records and client databases. Prepare regular sales reports and forecasts.

Candidate Requirements:

Bachelor's degree in business administration, relevant engineering field (e.g., marine, mechanical), marketing, or a related field (preferred). Candidate must possess a professional appearance. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Strong negotiation and sales acumen. Ability to cultivate and sustain client relationships. Proficiency in the MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint). Fluency in both written and spoken English is essential; additional languages are advantageous. Prior experience in the maritime industry or ship chandelling is highly advantageous.
