Job Overview:
We are seeking a dynamic and motivated Salesperson to join our team. The Salesperson will be responsible for driving sales growth by building and maintaining strong relationships with retail partners, corporate clients, and individual customers. This role involves actively pursuing new business opportunities, ensuring excellent customer service, and representing the brand in a professional and passionate manner.

Key Responsibilities:
1. Sales and Business Development:
• Identify and engage with potential customers including retailers, wholesalers, hotels, cafes, and corporate clients.
• Manage the entire sales process, from lead generation to closing deals, ensuring monthly and quarterly sales targets are met.
• Present and promote products to prospective buyers using solid arguments and understanding of customer needs.
• Expand market presence by securing new distribution channels (e.g., cafe, hotels, e-commerce platforms).
2. Customer Relationship Management:
• Develop and maintain long-term relationships with key clients, ensuring repeat business and customer satisfaction.
• Provide prompt, accurate, and reliable responses to customer inquiries and resolve complaints to maintain a high level of customer service.
• Build and maintain a customer database using CRM software to track sales, customer preferences, and communication.
3. Market Research and Strategy:
• Monitor industry trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback to identify opportunities for sales growth and new product offerings.
• Collaborate with the marketing team to coordinate promotional events, campaigns, and product launches that drive brand awareness and sales.
• Propose sales strategies based on market research and consumer demand.
4. Sales Reporting and Analytics:
• Provide regular sales forecasts and reports to management, detailing sales performance, key accounts, and new business opportunities.
• Analyse sales data to improve sales strategies and ensure customer satisfaction.
• Stay updated on market conditions, pricing, and new product developments to adjust sales approaches accordingly.
5. E-Commerce and Digital Sales:
• Support and manage online sales initiatives by promoting products through e-commerce platforms and social media channels.
• Assist in driving traffic and sales conversions through online campaigns and promotions.
6. Customer Satisfaction and Order Delivery:
• Check in regularly with customers to ensure their satisfaction with products and services.
• Follow up on orders placed through e-commerce or phone to ensure they are delivered properly and on time.
• Resolve any issues related to delayed deliveries or incorrect orders, ensuring prompt customer support and maintaining a high level of service.

Key Requirements:
Qualifications:
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field (preferred but not required).
• Proven experience in sales, preferably in the food, beverage industry.
• Knowledge of the chocolate or confectionery market is a plus.
Skills and Competencies:
• Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to build and maintain lasting relationships with clients.
• Self-motivated with a results-driven approach and a passion for sales.
• Excellent organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple task.
• Proficient in MS Office and experience with CRM software.
• A good understanding of sales performance metrics and analytics.
Additional Qualifications:
• Language Skills: Proficiency in Arabic and English (or other languages relevant to your market).
• Travel Requirements: Willingness to travel locally and, if necessary, internationally to meet clients or attend events.

Job Type: Full-time
Pay: AED4,000.00 - AED5,000.00 per month
