Job Summary:

We are looking for a highly motivated and results-driven

Sales Manager

to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for

sales

of our luxury properties, engaging with high-net-worth clients, and maximizing revenue opportunities.

Responsibilities:

Source potential buyers and build strong client relationships. Convert company-assigned leads into successful sales. Conduct property viewings and presentations. Stay updated on market trends, competitors, and UAE real estate regulations. Meet and exceed sales targets and KPIs. Assist clients with negotiations, financing options, and closing deals. Collaborate with marketing teams for promotional activities and events. Provide regular updates and reports on sales performance.

Requirements:

Minimum

2 years of experience in real estate sales

(luxury real estate preferred). Strong knowledge of the

Dubai real estate market

. Excellent negotiation, communication, and presentation skills. Proven ability to close high-value deals. Self-motivated, target-driven, and capable of working independently.
