We are Home Accessories & Decoration Establishment looking for a serious career-oriented individuals to perform duties as a Sales Executive, you will be responsible for identifying potential clients, managing customer relationships, and achieving sales targets. This role focuses on developing and executing sales strategies to drive business growth. We are looking for female candidates who are hardworking, proactive, customer-oriented, and able to thrive in a fast-paced setting.

THE INTERVIEWS WILL BE CONDUCTED IN DUBAI BUT THE JOB WILL BE LOCATED IN FUJAIRAH, TRAINING WILL BE DONE IN DUBAI

Responsibilities

Understanding the products and their history, background. Establishing a good selling strategy with customers. Maintain and grow relationships with existing customers. Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets. Conduct market research to understand client needs and industry trends. Coordinating professionally with other team members in other locations. Manage inventories and keep track of products within the showroom. Make sure the floor is tidy, and the merchandise is displayed properly. Keep accurate records of sales activities and client interactions. Provide regular sales reports to management.

Qualifications

Minimal qualification is a diploma in Marketing, or a related field. Proven sales experience, preferably in the industry. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Customer-focused with excellent negotiation skills. Proficiency in MS Office and CRM software. Fluent in English; additional languages are a plus., Artistic or design skills & background is a plus
