Female Sales Executive

to join our dynamic sales team. You will be responsible for driving new business, promoting our diverse range of media services, and building strong relationships with clients. The services include

website development

3D and VFX video

commercial photography

digital marketing

video production

social media management

,

road signs advertising

,

event video coverage

, and

printables

. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in sales, excellent communication skills, and a passion for media and marketing.

Key Responsibilities:

Identify and prospect potential clients within the media, marketing, and advertising sectors. Promote Innovex Agency's comprehensive services, including:

Website development

3D and VFX video

Commercial photography

Digital marketing

Video production

Social media management

Road signs advertising

Event video coverage

Printables

(flyers, posters, brochures, etc.) Develop and maintain long-term client relationships, understanding their needs and offering tailored media solutions. Negotiate and close sales contracts, ensuring both client satisfaction and company profitability. Work closely with the creative and production teams to ensure smooth execution of projects and client satisfaction. Track and report on campaign performance, providing recommendations for optimization. Attend networking events, meetings, and industry conferences to build brand awareness and generate new business opportunities. Stay up-to-date with industry trends and competitor activities to better position Innovex Agency's offerings. Achieve and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

Proven experience in

. Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills. Ability to build and maintain strong relationships with clients, providing excellent customer service and follow-up. Self-motivated, proactive, and results-oriented with a passion for media and marketing. Ability to manage multiple projects and accounts simultaneously. Proficiency with CRM software and sales tools. Proficiency in English; Arabic is a plus.

Working Hours & Days:

Full-time position, 5 days a week, from 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM.

Hiring Process:

Round 1:

Initial Screening

Review of resume and previous sales experience, particularly in media services such as

website development

3D and VFX video

commercial photography

. Discussion on sales strategy, lead generation, and client relationship management.

Round 2:

Practical Assignment & Final Evaluation

Candidates will be asked to present a mock sales pitch for Innovex Agency's services, particularly focusing on the full spectrum of offerings. Follow-up discussion to assess their sales approach, ability to close deals, and customer relationship management.
