Key Responsibilities:
• Lead Generation: Identify and develop new business opportunities through various channels, including cold calling, networking events, online platforms, and referrals.
• Client Acquisition: Engage with potential clients to understand their business setup needs, present appropriate solutions, and convert prospects into clients.
• Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, providing ongoing support and ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction.
• Market Research: Stay informed about industry trends, market conditions, and competitor activities to identify new business opportunities and areas for growth.
• Sales Strategy Development: Collaborate with the sales team and management to develop and implement effective sales strategies aimed at achieving sales targets.
• Reporting and Analysis: Maintain accurate records of sales activities and client interactions, and prepare regular reports on sales performance and market insights
Qualifications:
• Minimum of 2-5 years of experience in sales, preferably within the business setup or corporate services industry.
• Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
• Strong understanding of the UAE business environment and company formation processes.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
