Position Overview:

We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Female Sales Executive to join our Hotel Supplies Company. As a Female Sales Executive, you will play a crucial role in driving sales growth and establishing strong connections within the hospitality industry. This position offers an exciting opportunity for a passionate individual to contribute to our company's success.

Key Responsibilities:

Client Acquisition and Relationship Management:

Identify and target potential hotel clients, including boutique hotels, chains, and resorts, Real estate developers, and hospitals.

Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients to understand their needs and ensure customer satisfaction.

Conduct regular follow-ups and provide after-sales support to enhance client relationships.

Product Knowledge and Presentation:

Sales Strategy and Goal Achievement:

Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve and exceed sales targets.

Collaborate with the sales team to identify new business opportunities and market trends.

Prepare and present sales proposals to clients, negotiating terms and closing deals.

Maintain accurate records of sales activities, customer interactions, and transactions.

Provide regular reports on sales performance, market trends, and client feedback to the management team.

Qualifications and Skills:

Proven minimum 2 years experience in sales, preferably in the hospitality or hotel supplies industry.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Strong negotiation and presentation abilities.

Self-motivated with a results-driven approach.

Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.

Additional Requirements:

Willingness to travel for client meetings and industry events.

Familiarity with CRM software and sales analytics tools.

A passion for the hospitality industry and a keen interest in hotel supplies.
