As a Female Sales Executive at Code Hive, you will embark on a dynamic journey where you'll spearhead sales initiatives, delve into market research, and engage clients to provide tailored business solutions. Your role is critical in shaping and executing our sales strategy, leveraging both data and direct client interaction to drive growth and competitive advantage.
Key Responsibilities:
• Sales & Client Engagement: Initiate contact with potential clients, nurturing leads through the sales pipeline to successful closures. Maintain ongoing communication with prospects and existing clients to understand their needs and offer bespoke solutions.
• Client-Centric Approach: Adopt a consultative sales approach, focusing on understanding and solving the unique challenges faced by each client, thereby building strong, trust-based relationships.
• Lead Management: Collaborate closely with the marketing team to track and update lead status in our CRM system, ensuring seamless coordination and effective client engagement.
• Target Achievement: Exceed monthly sales targets by managing your pipeline strategically and employing innovative sales tactics to convert leads into clients.
• Solution Customization: Partner with our product and service teams to tailor offerings according to client requirements, fostering long-term partnerships and client satisfaction.
• Strategic Collaboration: Serve as a liaison between sales, marketing, and product teams, ensuring alignment in strategy and execution to maximize efficiency and effectiveness.
• Vision and Strategy: Shape and execute our sales strategy by leveraging data and client interactions to drive growth and maintain a competitive edge.
• Collaborative Leadership: Foster strong cross-functional collaborations to achieve sales targets and deliver exceptional client service.
• Market Research and Strategy: Stay updated on industry trends, competitor activities, and market developments. Analyze sales trends and customer feedback to recommend improvements to products and services. Develop and implement effective sales strategies to expand our market presence and increase revenue.
• Administrative Tasks: Maintain accurate records of sales activities, customer interactions, and transactions using our CRM system. Prepare sales reports and forecasts for management review. Collaborate with the marketing team to develop promotional materials and campaigns to support sales efforts.
Qualifications:
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field; Master's degree preferred.
• Proven track record in sales.
• Strong analytical skills, with proficiency in ZOHO CRM system, Microsoft Office Suite and data analysis tools.
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with clients and work collaboratively with teams.
• Fluent in English and Arabic (Native), with excellent negotiation and presentation abilities.
• Must possess a UAE valid driving license.
