:
We are seeking a dynamic, results-driven Sales Executive - Business Development to join our team. The ideal candidate will have 3-5 years of experience in field sales and business development, with a proven ability to meet and engage clients in person. This position requires a confident, professional, and highly motivated individual who is comfortable with face-to-face meetings and social interactions. The candidate will be expected to foster strong relationships with clients, including taking them out for business dinners, drinks, and other forms of entertainment to drive business growth and maintain long-term client relationships.
Key Responsibilities :
• Client Acquisition & Relationship Building :
Develop and execute strategies to acquire new customers and expand the company's market share.
Build and nurture strong, lasting relationships with existing and prospective clients.
• Field Sales & Client Meetings :
Conduct regular in-person visits to clients, understand their business needs, and propose solutions that align with company offerings.
Drive sales by presenting products/services and negotiating contracts with customers.
Identify and pursue new business opportunities through networking and direct outreach.
• Business Entertainment & Networking :
Engage clients and prospects in social settings (such as dinners, drinks, or other entertainment activities) to foster stronger business relationships and close deals.
Be proactive in creating and maintaining a positive, professional rapport with key decision-makers and stakeholders.
• Sales Targets & Performance :
Meet and exceed sales targets set by management.
Track and report on sales progress, customer feedback, and market trends to the management team.
• Market Intelligence & Competitor Analysis :
Stay up to date with industry trends, competitors, and market conditions to identify new opportunities and adjust strategies accordingly.
• Collaboration with Internal Teams :
Work closely with marketing, product, and customer service teams to ensure customer satisfaction and seamless service delivery.
Requirements :
• Experience :
3-5 years of proven experience in field sales, preferably within [industry type].
Demonstrated ability to meet and engage customers in person and close deals.
• Communication Skills :
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build rapport with clients and stakeholders from diverse backgrounds.
• Business Etiquette :
Comfortable with client entertainment in professional settings, such as dinners, drinks, and informal gatherings, to strengthen client relationships.
Strong understanding of business etiquette and the ability to represent the company professionally in social and business environments.
• Results-Oriented :
Strong track record of achieving sales targets and driving business growth.
Ability to work independently and take initiative in securing new business.
• Adaptability & Persistence :

• Driver's License :
A valid driver's license and willingness to travel for in-person client meetings.
