Job Summary:
We are looking for a motivated and results-driven IT Sales Executive to join our dynamic sales team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving the sales of IT products and services, identifying new business opportunities, and building lasting relationships with clients in the technology sector. The IT Sales Executive will also contribute to developing strategies that enhance the company's revenue growth while providing excellent customer service.
Key Responsibilities:
Sales Generation: Identify, prospect, and develop new business opportunities to achieve sales targets for IT products and services.
Client Management: Build and maintain strong, long-lasting relationships with clients by understanding their needs and providing tailored IT solutions.
Product Knowledge: Keep up to date with the latest IT products, services, and industry trends to effectively present and promote solutions to clients.
Sales Presentations: Deliver compelling presentations and demonstrations of IT products and services to potential clients.
Negotiation and Closing: Negotiate pricing, terms, and contracts, ensuring mutually beneficial agreements are reached with clients.
Collaboration: Work closely with the marketing and technical teams to create proposals and support sales efforts.
Sales Reporting: Maintain accurate records of client interactions, sales activities, and progress reports through CRM systems.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
Educational Background: Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
Sales Experience: Minimum of 2-3 years of experience in IT sales or a related field, preferably with exposure to B2B sales.Technical Knowledge: Solid understanding of IT products, services, and solutions (e.g., hardware, software, cloud solutions, networking).
Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to present complex technical information in an easy-to-understand manner.
Sales Skills: Proven track record of achieving or exceeding sales targets and experience in the full sales cycle.
Problem-Solving: Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to identify client needs and recommend effective solutions.
Customer-Oriented: Exceptional customer service skills, with the ability to build trust and rapport with clients.
Working Conditions:Full-time, office-based Occasional travel may be required to meet clients or attend conferences.
