1. Sales Management:
• Actively engage with customers to understand their needs and provide assistance.
• Conduct sales transactions accurately and efficiently.
• Promote products and upsell when opportunities arise
2. Record Updating:
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of sales transactions.
• Keep track of customer information, preferences, and purchase history.
• Compile and analyze sales reports regularly
3. Store Organization:
• Ensure the store is clean, organized, and visually appealing.
• Arrange products in an orderly manner and replenish stock as needed.
• Monitor and manage the overall appearance of the store
4. Inventory Management:
• Conduct regular checks of inventory levels.
• Update inventory records and reconcile discrepancies.
• Coordinate with suppliers to ensure timely replenishment of stock.
5. Customer Service:
• Provide excellent customer service by addressing inquiries and resolving issues.
• Assist customers in finding products and provide product information.
• Handle customer complaints or concerns with professionalism and efficiency.
