We are seeking a dynamic and detail-oriented Female Sales Coordinator to join our team. The ideal candidate will provide essential support to the Sales Coordinator, handle customer inquiries, and perform various administrative duties to ensure smooth office operations. This role is perfect for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, is highly organized, and has excellent communication skills.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist the Sales Team with day-to-day administrative tasks.
• Handle customer queries and follow-ups via phone, providing professional and courteous service.
• Sort, scan, and organize documents, ensuring they are properly archived and accessible.
• Prepare and manage reports, ensuring accuracy and timeliness.
• Handle email correspondence, ensuring that responses are prompt and professional.
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date records in both physical and electronic formats.
• Coordinate with other departments to ensure smooth workflow and communication.
• Perform data entry tasks, updating databases, spreadsheets, and systems as required.
• Manage office supplies and ensure the workspace remains organized and efficient.
• Support in organizing meetings, appointments, and office events as needed.
• Perform other administrative tasks as assigned by the management.

Qualifications:

• Proven experience in an Sales Coordination or office assistant role.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
• Excellent telephone manners and customer service skills.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to multitask and manage time efficiently.
• High attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
• Language Required : English & Urdu Only

Desired Skills:

• Familiarity with basic accounting or invoicing tasks is an advantage.
• Experience using CRM or other office management software.
• Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with discretion.
