Are you an experienced professional looking for an exciting opportunity in the financial services sector? We are seeking a dedicated and dynamic Female Sales Coordinator to join our team and contribute to our success in the credit card and loan section.

Key Responsibilities

• Act as the primary liaison between sales teams, clients, and internal departments to ensure seamless processing of credit card and loan applications.
• Coordinate with Assistant Team Leaders to motivate and guide the team in achieving target levels.
• Provide administrative and operational support to the sales team, enabling them to meet their objectives.
• Train Assistant Team Leaders to effectively maintain and manage customer records in the CRM system, ensuring accuracy and confidentiality.
• Address customer inquiries and complaints related to credit cards and loans, ensuring timely and effective resolutions.
• Prepare and present daily, weekly, and monthly sales performance reports for management review.
• Collaborate with banks and financial institutions to track and manage loan approvals, disbursements, and related processes.
• Assist in planning and executing sales campaigns, promotions, and marketing initiatives to boost business growth.

Qualifications & Skills: -

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, or a related field.
• Minimum 2 years of relevant experience in sales coordination within the UAE financial or banking sector.

Language Skills: -

• Fluency in Hindi and English is mandatory (written and spoken).
• Strong organizational and multitasking abilities with keen attention to detail.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to interact effectively with clients and colleagues.
• Proficiency in MS Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and CRM tools.
• Familiarity with UAE banking and financial regulations is essential.
