Key Responsibilities :
• Assist the sales team in managing client inquiries and sales processes.
• Coordinate and schedule meetings, follow-ups, and site visits with clients.
• Prepare and maintain sales reports, contracts, and documents.
• Liaise between clients and various departments (operations, finance, etc.) to ensure timely and efficient service delivery.
• Track and update the sales pipeline, ensuring no leads are missed.
• Support in preparing proposals, presentations, and quotations for clients.
• Assist with customer service inquiries and resolve any issues related to the relocation services.
• Ensure accurate record-keeping and database management.
• Manage communication with clients regarding relocation timelines and logistics.
• Coordinate and schedule training or briefing sessions with clients as required.
• Follow up with clients post-relocation to ensure satisfaction and gather feedback.
Requirements :
• Female, with excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Previous experience in sales coordination, customer service, or a related field (preferably in relocation , logistics or moving services).
• Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
• Knowledge of CRM systems is a plus.
• Ability to work independently as well as in a team environment.
• Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
• Fluency in English (additional language skills are a plus).
• A positive, proactive attitude with a client-focused approach.
