Sales Representative - Aesthetic Medical Center

Reports to: Sales Manager or Medical Center Director

Key Responsibilities:

1. Client Consultation:

- Provide detailed information about the aesthetic services and treatments available at the medical center.

- Assess client needs and offer advice on the most suitable treatments and products.

2. Sales Management:

- Achieve individual sales targets and contribute to the overall sales goals of the center.

- Handle client inquiries, make presentations, and close sales effectively.

3. Promotion of Products and Services:

- Actively promote the center's services and skincare products.

- Offer promotional deals and discounts to attract new clients and enhance loyalty among existing ones.

4. Client Follow-Up:

- Follow up with clients after treatments to ensure their satisfaction and address any issues.

- Manage appointment schedules and coordinate arrangements for treatments.

5. Database Management:

- Maintain accurate client records and update information related to treatments and sales.

- Manage client databases and document interactions.

6. Coordination with Medical Team:

- Collaborate with doctors and medical professionals to ensure accurate and compliant information is provided regarding medical treatments.

- Facilitate communication between clients and the medical team to meet all client needs.

7. Support and Inquiry Handling:

- Respond to questions related to aesthetic medical services, procedures, and products.

- Provide advice on post-treatment care and product usage recommendations.

8. Market Analysis:

- Stay updated on trends and innovations in the field of aesthetics and skincare.

- Offer recommendations for improving marketing and sales strategies based on market analysis and competitive landscape.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: AED6,000.00 - AED9,000.00 per month
