• Ensure that each customer receives outstanding service by providing a friendly and welcoming environment, which includes greeting and acknowledge every customer, maintaining solid product knowledge and all other aspects of customer service.
• Achieve monthly sales targets and contribute to team goals .
• Handle customer complaints and resolve issues promptly and effectively Creating an environment that encourage customers to spend time in the store and encourages them to make additional purchases .
• Manage cash transactions, process payments, and issue receipts accurately.
• Assist with product inventory management and stock replenishment.
• Stamp, mark and tag prices on merchandise.
• Minimum of 2 years of experience in a customer-facing retail sales role.
• Strong organizational and time management skills.
• Proficiency in basic computer skills.
