Job Responsibilities
As a Sales Associate, you will:

• Make outbound calls to potential clients, introducing financial products such as equities and commodities.
• Present clear and persuasive information to clients, effectively highlighting the value of our offerings.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to identify their needs and offer tailored solutions.
• Stay informed about financial market trends to provide accurate and timely insights.
• Consistently achieve daily and weekly targets for client engagement and lead generation.
• Accurately record client interactions and maintain organized databases.

Qualifications
We're seeking candidates who possess:

• Experience in telecalling, customer service, or sales
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• A self-motivated and results-oriented attitude.
• Ability to adapt quickly and thrive in a dynamic, target-driven environment.

What We Offer

• Salary: AED 3,000 - AED 4,000 base salary + high-performance commissions. Visa sponsorship is provided based on performance.
