Job Title: Female Sales Administrator - Fire Fighting System

Experience: 2 - 3 Years

Monthly Salary: AED 2500 - 4000

Roles & Responsibilities:

Answering phone calls.

Prepare quotations & follow-up over email or phone.

Contact clients to obtain missing information or answer queries.

Maintain and update sales and customer records

Develop monthly sales reports

Handle Inquiries and Correspondence: Respond to customer inquiries promptly and professionally via email, phone. Provide information about products, pricing, availability, and delivery schedules. Assist in resolving customer complaints or issues by coordinating with relevant departments.
