Responsibilities

• Teaching skating techniques: Your main responsibility as a coach is to teach your students how to skate properly. This involves teaching them various techniques such as balancing, turning, stopping, and jumping.
• Creating lesson plans: You will need to create lesson plans and training programs for your students. These plans should be designed to help your students progress and achieve their goals.
• Providing feedback: As a coach, it\'s important to provide feedback to your students on their performance. This includes both positive feedback to reinforce good habits and constructive feedback to help them improve.
• Ensuring safety: You will need to ensure that your students are following safety guidelines and wearing appropriate safety gear. You will also need to be prepared to provide first aid in case of any accidents.
• Motivating and encouraging students: One of your important roles as a coach is to motivate and encourage your students. You should be able to inspire them to push themselves and achieve their goals.
• Keeping records: You may need to keep records of your students\' progress, including their attendance, skill level, and any achievements.
• Communicating with parents: You may need to communicate with parents of your students to provide updates on their progress and discuss any concerns or issues.
• Continuously learning: As a coach, it\'s important to stay up-to-date with the latest skating techniques and teaching methods. You may need to attend workshops or training sessions to continue your own development and improvement.
