Job Description

Reservation Handling:

• Process all reservation requests efficiently and accurately through telephone, email, and online booking platforms.
• Provide guests with accurate information regarding room availability, rates, and hotel facilities.
• Confirm and modify reservations as necessary, and handle cancellations and special requests promptly.
• System Management:
• Enter and update guest reservation details in the hotel's Property Management System (PMS) and other relevant systems.

Ensure the accuracy of guest data, including special requests, room preferences, and payment information.

Customer Service:

• Assist guests with inquiries regarding reservations and ensure their needs are addressed in a professional manner.

Provide information about hotel policies, services, and promotions, ensuring a positive guest experience.

Room Allocations and Special Requests:

• Ensure that room allocations are handled efficiently, and guest preferences are recorded correctly.

Coordinate with Front Office, Housekeeping, and Revenue Management teams to ensure special requests are accommodated.

Reporting and Documentation:

• Maintain accurate records of reservation activity, cancellations, and guest communications.

Assist in generating reports on booking activity and occupancy for management review.

Collaboration with Other Departments:

• Communicate with Front Office, housekeeping to ensure smooth check-ins and room assignments.

Report any discrepancies, no-shows, or overbooking issues to the Reservation Supervisor.
