Female Registered Nurse
Job Description
As a Home Care Nurse, you will provide essential medical and personal care services to patients in their homes, ensuring their physical and emotional well-being. Your responsibilities will include:
1- Providing skilled nursing care, such as wound care, medication administration, and vital sign monitoring.
2- Communicating effectively with patients, families, and healthcare teams to develop and adjust care plans
3- Traveling to patients' homes to provide care on a scheduled basis
4- Maintaining accurate patient records and documenting care activities
5- Offering emotional support and encouragement to patients and their families
6- Collaborating with physicians and other healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive care.
Qualifications; To excel in this role, you should have:
1- A valid Doh / DHA nursing license.
2- Previous 2 years nursing experience, preferably in home care.
