Location: FreddyClassics Barbershop, Al Thuraya Tower 1, Dubai Media City

Position: Female Receptionist,Manicurist,Pedicurist and Facial Specialist

About FreddyClassics Barbershop: FreddyClassics Barbershop is a premier grooming destination located in the heart of Dubai Media City. Responsibilities:

Receptionist Duties:

• Greet clients warmly and professionally as they arrive;
• Manage appointments bookings and schedule using the Fresha system;
• Answer phone calls and respond to inquiries via email and social media;
• Handle client check-ins and check-outs efficiently;
• Maintain a clean and organized reception area;
• Process payments and manage cash register.

Manicurist/Pedicurist Duties:

• Provide high-quality manicures and pedicures, including nail shaping,cuticle care and polish application;
• Maintain cleanliness and hygiene of tools and workspace;
• Stay updated on the latest nail trends and techniques.

Facial Specialist Duties:

• Conduct skin analysis to determine client needs;
• Perform various facial treatments including cleansing,exfoliation,extraction, massage and mask application;
• Provide recommendations for at-home skincare routines;
• Maintain a clean and sanitary work area and equipment.

Qualifications:

• Proven experience as a receptionist,manicurist,pedicurist and facial specialist;
• Proficiency in using the Fresha booking system;
• Excellent communication skills in English;
• Strong customer service orientation;
• Ability to multitask and manage time effectively;
• Attention to detail and high standards of cleanliness;
• Certification in nail and skincare services is preferred.

Workin Hours:

Full-time position with flexibility to work evenings and weekends as needed.
