We are currently scouting for an all-rounder Receptionist to assist our Dubai Branch located in Dubai Healthcare City with day-to-day tasks such as invoicing, assisting patients, scheduling the team, collaborating with other healthcare professionals, and other such duties as we prepare to grow our company and provide better opportunities and amenities to our employees.
We are basically looking for a UAE based individual who can:
• Assist the office with clerical duties (answering phone calls, greeting patients, talking to health care insurance companies, generating sales reports, etc.).
• Have good computer skills (Ex: Using Microsoft Office, etc.)
• Have Good Communication Skills (Ex: Communicate with the team and other colleagues of the company.)
• Speak and write good level English.
• Experience in sales, healthcare profession or holding a visa/driving license is a plus.
This role has fixed timings, but candidates are expected to be flexible.
