to join our real estate company in Ajman. The ideal candidate should have excellent communication skills, a welcoming personality, and the ability to handle administrative tasks efficiently.
Job Responsibilities:
Greet and assist clients, visitors, and callers in a professional manner.
Handle incoming calls, emails, and inquiries related to property listings and services.
Maintain client records, appointment schedules, and property documentation.
Coordinate with the sales and leasing team to ensure smooth operations.
Manage office supplies and maintain a tidy reception area.
Assist in basic administrative and clerical tasks as required.
Requirements:
Must be fluent in Arabic and English.
Previous experience in real estate or customer service is preferred.
Proficient in MS Office and basic administrative tools.
Presentable, organized, and able to multitask efficiently.
Available to work in Ajman.
