We are looking for a highly motivated and professional Arabic-speaking female to join our team as a Call Center Agent & Receptionist. The ideal candidate will manage inbound and outbound calls, provide exceptional customer service, and handle front-desk reception duties with professionalism and efficiency.
Key Responsibilities :
Manage incoming and outgoing customer calls. Provide accurate information about our services and address customer inquiries.
Receptionist Duties: Greet and welcome visitors professionally at the front desk. Manage office correspondence, emails, and incoming mail. Answer and direct phone calls to appropriate departments. Schedule and coordinate appointments and meetings. Ensure the reception area is tidy and well-organized.
Requirements : Languages: Fluency in both Arabic and English. Experience: Previous experience in a call center, customer service, or receptionist role is preferred.
Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Customer Service Skills: Strong interpersonal skills, patience, and professionalism when dealing with clients. Technology Skills: Proficient in Microsoft Office and other office management software.
