As a Customer Service Representative at Fitsocial Gym LLC, you will be the first point of contact for our members and clients. You will play a crucial role in ensuring a positive experience by providing excellent customer service, answering inquiries, scheduling appointments, and assisting with membership-related tasks.
Key Responsibilities:
Greet and assist members and clients in a friendly and professional manner.
Answer phone calls, emails, and live chat inquiries promptly and accurately.
Schedule and manage appointments for gym sessions, personal training, and salon services.
Provide information about membership options, services, and promotions.
Handle customer complaints and resolve issues efficiently.
Maintain a clean and welcoming front desk and reception area.
Process payments and manage membership accounts.
Assist with administrative tasks as needed.
Qualifications:
High school diploma or equivalent; additional education in fitness, wellness, or hospitality is a plus.
Previous experience in customer service, preferably in a fitness or wellness setting.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Proficient in using computer systems and software, including Microsoft Office Suite and scheduling software.
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment.
