About Us:

At Retro Fit Gym, we're passionate about promoting health and fitness. We provide a welcoming and motivating environment for our members to achieve their fitness goals. We're currently seeking a friendly and dedicated Female Gym Receptionist to be the welcoming face of our gym.

Responsibilities:

Warmly greet members and visitors as they enter the gym.

Provide information about gym services, classes, and membership packages.

Register new members, process payments, and maintain membership records.

Answer phone calls and respond to inquiries in a professional manner.

Assist in maintaining a clean and organized front desk area.

Coordinate appointments for trainers and classes.

Handle member concerns and inquiries with a friendly and helpful attitude.

Promote gym services and encourage participation in classes and programs.

Qualifications:

Previous experience in customer service or reception preferred.

Friendly and outgoing personality with excellent interpersonal skills.

Strong communication and problem-solving abilities.

Basic computer skills for handling member check-ins and inquiries.

A passion for health and fitness is a plus.

Punctuality and reliability.

Ability to multitask and remain calm under pressure.

Respect for member privacy and confidentiality.
