• Immediate Hiring

Looking for an enthusiastic female receptionist who can handle the job role of greeting guests, answering phone calls and directing visitors to the concerned departments. •She should be willing to do social media video Ads • / Tiktok Ads for the promotion of the company as required.

•Responsibilities:- •

? Greet and welcome visitors in a professional and friendly manner.

? Answer and direct incoming calls, messages and emails of clients.

? Prepare and distribute correspondence, memorandum, reports, and presentations.

? Keep update the company's databases and filing system.

? Undertaking Social Media Advertisements.

? Responsible for the operation and promotion of social media (Facebook, Instagram, Titoki, Linkedin etc.)

? Create content videos in social media (Tiktok, Instagram and Facebook)

? Stay updated on social media trends, tools, and best practices to incorporate innovative ideas into our strategy.

? Implement and manage social media advertising campaigns to increase reach and engagement.

? Provides support for teams when necessary

? Other duties as assigned.

? Previous Experience in the similar role.

? Professional demeanor and appearance.

? Excellent customer service and interpersonal skills.

? Highly motivated and creative individual.

? Proficient in Microsoft Office and other related software's.

? Creating & undertaking Social Media video Advertisements.

? Proficiency in making Business Promo Reals.

? Fluency in English & Hindi (Arabic consider as plus).

? Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.

? Ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines.
