We need Female Receptionist in our Beauty Salon

• Greet clients warmly and assist them with check-in procedures.
• Schedule and manage appointments using the salon's booking system.
• Answer phone calls and respond to emails promptly and professionally.
• Provide information about salon services, pricing, and promotions.
• Handle client inquiries and resolve any issues or complaints with grace and efficiency.
• Maintain a tidy and welcoming reception area.
• Process payments, manage cash register, and handle financial transactions accurately.
• Promote and sell salon services and retail products to clients.
• Coordinate with stylists, technicians, and other staff to ensure smooth workflow.
• Manage client records and ensure all data is up-to-date.
• Perform general administrative duties such as filing, data entry, and inventory management.

Qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent; additional certification in office management or related field is a plus.
• Proven experience as a receptionist, front desk representative, or similar role, preferably in a beauty or wellness environment.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and salon booking software.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
• Ability to handle sensitive information with confidentiality.
