Job Summary :
We are seeking a motivated and dynamic Female Real Estate Broker cum Tele caller to join our team as full-time or part-time. This dual role involves engaging with potential clients through telemarketing, providing exceptional customer service, and facilitating real estate transactions. The ideal candidate will possess strong communication skills, a passion for real estate, and the ability to build relationships.

Key Responsibilities :

• Tele calling :
• Make outbound calls to potential clients and leads.
• Introduce real estate services and properties available for sale or rent.
• Schedule appointments for property viewings and meetings with brokers.
• Follow up on leads and maintain a database of contacts.
• Real Estate Brokerage :
• Assist clients in buying, selling, or renting properties.
• Conduct market research to stay updated on property trends and pricing.
• Prepare and present property listings and marketing materials.
• Negotiate terms and conditions of sales and leases on behalf of clients.
• Provide exceptional customer service and support throughout the transaction process.
• Relationship Management :
• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, property owners, and real estate partners.
• Address client inquiries and resolve issues promptly.

Qualifications :

• Proven experience in telemarketing or sales, preferably in real estate.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Knowledge of the local real estate market and trends.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Proficiency in MS Office and real estate software.
• Valid real estate license (if applicable).
