Prospect and generate leads through various channels, such as referrals, networking, and online platforms.
Assist clients in buying, selling, and renting properties.
Conduct property tours and provide information to potential buyers.
Prepare and present offers, negotiate prices, and facilitate the closing process.
Stay informed about real estate market trends and regulations.
Coordinate property inspections, appraisals, and other necessary steps in the transaction process.
Market properties through various channels, such as online listings and advertising.
Build and maintain relationships with clients to ensure customer satisfaction and repeat business.
Requirements:
High school diploma or equivalent.
Valid real estate license.
Proven experience as a real estate agent or a similar role.
Strong negotiation and communication skills.
Knowledge of the local real estate market and regulations.
Excellent interpersonal and customer service skills.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
