Are you a motivated and passionate individual looking to build a successful career in real estate? CANDO is seeking experienced and dynamic Real Estate Agents to join our team in Dubai. Responsibilities:

• Prospect and acquire new clients through various channels
• Conduct property viewings and presentations to potential buyers and tenants
• Negotiate and close deals, ensuring a smooth transaction process for all parties involved
• Maintain and update property listings and databases
• Provide exceptional customer service and build long-term relationships with clients
• Stay updated on the latest real estate market trends and regulations in Dubai
• Collaborate in making engaging reels for social media

Requirements:

• Proven experience as a Real Estate Agent or similar role
• Strong sales, negotiation, and communication skills
• Knowledge of the Dubai real estate market and regulations
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Valid UAE driving license
• Fluency in English (additional languages are a plus)
• Presentable and comfortable on camera
