Job Description

As a Real Estate Sales Agent at Razbar Properties, you will be responsible for driving sales and fostering client relationships within Dubai's fast-paced real estate market. You will work closely with clients to understand their needs, provide expert advice, and guide them through the buying, selling, or renting process. Your goal will be to ensure client satisfaction and contribute to the growth and success of our company.

Key Responsibilities:

Actively seek out new sales opportunities through networking, property viewings, and lead follow-ups. Build and maintain relationships with clients, ensuring a high level of client satisfaction. Provide clients with accurate and comprehensive information on the market, properties, and the purchasing process. Negotiate and close sales transactions, ensuring compliance with all legal and company requirements. Coordinate with other team members, including marketing, legal, and finance, to ensure seamless transaction processes. Stay updated with the latest market trends, property values, and regulations in Dubai. Participate in open houses, property tours, and other promotional activities.

Qualifications:

Proven experience as a real estate sales agent, preferably in Dubai. Strong knowledge of Dubai's real estate market, including luxury and commercial properties. Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. A valid UAE driving license. Fluency in English; additional languages (e.g., Arabic, Russian, Mandarin) are a plus. RERA Broker card is must.
