We are seeking a dynamic and driven Female Real Estate Agent specializing in Off-Plan Properties to join our esteemed real estate firm. This role offers an exciting opportunity to represent high-value developments and engage with clients looking to invest in off-plan projects. The ideal candidate will possess strong interpersonal skills, a deep understanding of real estate trends, and a passion for delivering exceptional client service.
Responsibilities:
• Client Engagement: Engage with prospective clients to understand their investment goals and preferences.
• Property Presentation: Showcase off-plan properties to clients, highlighting unique selling points and investment potential.
• Market Knowledge: Stay informed about market trends, new developments, and competitor activities.
• Negotiation: Facilitate negotiations between buyers and developers to achieve mutually beneficial agreements.
• Relationship Building: Build and maintain strong relationships with developers, investors, and other stakeholders in the industry.
• Reporting: Prepare regular reports on sales activity, client feedback, and market conditions.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: AED2,000.00 - AED2,500.00 per month
Ability to commute/relocate:
• Ajman: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Preferred)
