Job Description

We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Female Quantity Surveyor to join our dynamic team at our company in Khorfakkan. The successful candidate will be instrumental in managing the financial aspects of our interior design projects, ensuring cost efficiency and value for our clients. Key Responsibilities:

Prepare cost analysis based on the architectural drawings, engineering estimates, materials required, and labor involved.
Plan and estimate budgets for projects.
Track changes to the design and/or construction work and adjust budget projections accordingly.
Procure or agree on the services of contractors and/or subcontractors who work on the project.
Ensure that the financial position of construction projects is accurately reported and controlled effectively.
Negotiate with suppliers and contractors to ensure most favorable terms.

Requirements:

Bachelors degree in Quantity Surveying, Construction Engineering, Management, or related field.
Strong understanding of construction, materials, pricing, and industry trends.
Excellent negotiating and interpersonal skills.
Ability to read architectural drawings and furniture layouts.
Strong analytical and critical thinking skills.
Fluent in English, with excellent written and verbal communication skills. Knowledge of Arabic is a plus.

Job Type: Full-time Pay: AED1,800.00 - AED2,000.00 per month
