Responsibilities:

• Cultivate and nurture relationships with prospective clients
• Maintain and strengthen existing client connections
• Identify and seize new business opportunities
• Develop and execute effective marketing strategies
• Source potential properties for sale or rent and promote them across various marketing platforms
• Conduct comparative market analyses to provide clients with valuable investment advice
• Forge strong relationships with developers, landlords, sellers, and buyers

Qualifications:

• Minimum 1-2 years of experience in real estate or a related field
• Proven sales track record
• Valid UAE driving license
• Exceptional interpersonal skills
• Self-motivated and goal-oriented
• Fluent in English & Arabic is an advantage
