Job Description

Evaluate a patient's condition and needs. Develop a treatment plan for patients, laying out the types of activities Develop long or short-term treatment plan, including diet and exercise. Help patients how to operate basic movements that will help them in their everyday living. Demonstrate exercises to relieve pain and increase motility. Evaluate a patient's home or workplace and, based on the patient's health needs, identify potential improvements. Record progress and make further recommendations. Alter treatment program if no results have been noted. Prepare materials and assemble equipment for use during treatment. Teach patients how to compensate for lost motor skills. Help patients with learning disabilities. Teach patients how to feed and dress themselves. Demonstrate therapy techniques. Maintain appropriate documentation on all related services and procedures

Contract Duration

This employment contract will be under the company's sponsorship for a period of two (2) years renewable with mutual consent at the end of the first contract and renewal for additional two (2) years thereafter. Al Joud Health Care has the right to terminate the employee's contract upon failure to meet required company standards, including performance, behavioural and ethical ideals immediately without any financial obligation on its part except as required under United Arab Emirates Law.

Assistance from AJHC Management will be provided

Probation Period

Probation period of six (6) months is given to successful hire after the employee's commencement of employment. During this period, AJHC reserves the right to terminate this employment contract without notice. Employment continuity is subject to successful completion of said probation period. During the probation period, the employee's services can be terminated without prior notice and will not receive end of service entitlement.

Annual Leave & End of Services

In Accordance to the UAE Labour Law.

Termination of Services

The Employment agreement can be terminated by either party, by giving three (3) months prior notice.

Your employment with Al Joud Health Care as an Physical Therapist - Home Care is subject to clearance from the Labour, Immigration, and other Government Departments in the United Arab Emirates for the necessary work permits and approvals and also subject to a No Objection letter from your present employer, if applicable.
