Job Summary:

Elite Fitness is seeking a dynamic, energetic, and friendly Female Personal Trainer to join our dedicated team. This role involves conducting small-group training sessions, fostering a supportive and high-energy environment to help our clients achieve their fitness goals. The ideal candidate will be REPS 3 qualified, possess a minimum of 1-year experience in a similar role, and have a passion for promoting health and wellness.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Client Training:

- Conduct high-energy, small-group fitness training sessions tailored to meet the needs and objectives of our clients.

- Develop and lead engaging group fitness programs, ensuring that clients are motivated and supported throughout each session.

- Evaluate client fitness levels, health conditions, and monitor their progress, adapting programs as needed.

2. Customer Service:

- Provide an uplifting and motivational atmosphere, ensuring all participants feel welcomed, motivated, and encouraged.

- Communicate effectively with clients, ensuring their needs are met and concerns are addressed promptly and professionally.

3. Safety and Compliance:

- Adhere to all safety and hygiene protocols within the fitness studio.

- Ensure all exercises and programs adhere to industry standards for safety and effectiveness.

4. Administrative Duties:

- Maintain detailed and accurate records of client sessions, progress, and payments.

- Communicate effectively with team members and management regarding client updates and session planning.

5. Team Collaboration and Self-Management:

- Work harmoniously within the team, contributing to a positive work environment and collaborating on various initiatives.

- Operate independently when required, showcasing strong initiative and ensuring all duties are performed to the highest standard.

Qualifications:

1. Education: Must be REPS Level 3 qualified. Sports Degree Desirable.

2. Experience: A minimum of 1-year experience working as a Personal Trainer, with a focus on small group training.

3. Skills:

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a friendly and upbeat personality.

- Robust motivational skills to energize small groups effectively.

- Proficient in designing and implementing engaging group fitness programs.

- Strong organizational skills, ensuring punctuality and preparedness for each session.

4. Certifications: CPR/AED certification. Reps 3 Accredited Level 3 Personal Trainer.

Personal Attributes:

Well-Presented: Must adhere to a high standard of personal grooming and dress professionally.

Punctuality: Must value time management and consistently adhere to the session schedules.

Team-Oriented: Though capable of working independently, the candidate must also thrive in a team environment, contributing positively to the team dynamics.

Physical Requirements:

- Must be able to demonstrate various exercises with high level of technique.

- Ability to lift and carry equipment weighing up to 50 pounds.

- Sustain high energy levels throughout back-to-back training sessions.

Work Environment:

- Fast-paced fitness studio environment, requiring active engagement and high-energy interaction with small groups.

- Will require working various shift patterns including morning, evenings and weekends 6 days a week with one day off.
