As an Operations Supervisor, you will oversee a dynamic team of 35-45 female staff members, including nannies, babysitters, and housekeepers. Your primary responsibilities will involve managing daily operations, resolving complaints, ensuring high standards of service, and supporting your team in delivering exceptional care to our clients. This role requires strong leadership, problem-solving skills, and a commitment to creating a positive and efficient work environment.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Team Leadership and Supervision:
- Manage a team of 2 - 3 customer service team members and must be capable to stand in for the CS role.
- Lead, mentor, and support a team of 30-45 female staff members.
- Conduct regular performance evaluations, provide constructive feedback, and identify areas for professional development.
- Schedule and allocate staff assignments to ensure adequate coverage and optimal service delivery.
2. Operational Management and Scheduling:
- Oversee daily operations and ensure adherence to company policies and procedures.
- Implement and maintain best practices for service delivery, ensuring consistency and quality.
- Manage duty scheduling
3. Complaint Resolution:
- Handle and resolve client and staff complaints promptly and professionally.
- Investigate issues, gather information, and develop solutions to address concerns and prevent recurrence.
- Maintain a high level of client satisfaction through effective problem resolution and communication.
4. Training and Development:
- Develop and deliver training programs to enhance staff skills and knowledge.
- Organize and facilitate ongoing training sessions to keep staff updated on company policies, procedures, and best practices.
5. Customer Service Excellence:
- Ensure that all interactions with clients and staff are handled with professionalism, empathy, and efficiency.
- Develop and implement strategies to improve client satisfaction and service quality.
6. Administrative Duties:
- Maintain accurate records of staff performance, attendance, and incidents.
- Prepare and present reports on team performance, operational metrics, and client feedback.
Qualifications:
- Proven experience in a supervisory or management role, preferably with a cleaning services /FM company .
- Strong leadership and team management skills with the ability to motivate and inspire staff.
- Excellent problem-solving and conflict resolution abilities.
- Exceptional communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Ability to handle sensitive information with discretion and maintain confidentiality.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and experience with relevant software or CRM systems.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: AED4,000.00 - AED8,000.00 per month
