We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Operations Customer Service Specialist with experience in business setup to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in customer service operations and a proven ability to manage the setup of new business processes, services, or systems. This role will focus on providing excellent customer support while ensuring that operational processes are streamlined, efficient, and aligned with company goals.
Key Responsibilities:
• Customer Support: Provide exceptional customer service to clients by resolving inquiries, processing requests, and addressing concerns in a timely manner via phone, email, or chat.
• Operations Management: Oversee day-to-day operations to ensure customer needs are met, collaborating with internal teams to maintain seamless business flow.
• Business Setup Coordination: Lead and support the setup of new business processes, services, or systems. Coordinate with various departments to ensure smooth implementation and transition for new clients or projects.
• Process Improvement: Identify and suggest operational improvements to enhance customer satisfaction and business efficiency.
• Documentation and Reporting: Maintain detailed records of customer interactions, service requests, and business setup procedures. Create reports to track performance and identify trends.
• Cross-Department Collaboration: Work closely with Sales, Marketing, IT, and other departments to ensure that business setup aligns with customer needs and expectations.
• Training & Support: Train new employees on customer service protocols and assist with the onboarding of new clients or systems.
• Problem Resolution: Resolve complex customer service issues and provide solutions to operational challenges. Work to ensure continuous improvement in service delivery.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
• Proven experience in customer service, with a focus on operations and/or business setup (2+ years preferred).
• Strong knowledge of business setup processes, including project management, system integrations, and service implementation.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to handle challenging customer interactions effectively.
• Strong organizational and time-management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment.
• Analytical mindset with the ability to troubleshoot and resolve operational issues.
• Proficiency in customer service software, CRM tools, and office productivity tools (e.g., MS Office, Google Suite).
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team to achieve organizational goals.
• A problem-solving mindset with an aptitude for process improvement.
